    So, you have decided what you want and now you want to get it! Great! I am excited to hear from you! So let me tell ya how to do it.
     1. You contact me via E-Mail at travismasters@argentlionleatherworks.com.
     2. Information in your e-mail should include the style you want, and any custom work you'd like me to do on it for you. Please include your name, a phone number, and a good time to reach you (make sure you let me know which time zone you're in as well).
     3. I'll contact you via e-mail with a price quote and a detailed description of the order to make sure that I understand fully what it is you want.
     4. You confirm the detailed order and make the payment that we agree on.
     5. Once I confirm the payment is made/received I'll contact you, complete the order and ship it off to you! Pretty simple!
Specifications
     This is a very important step toward your actual purchase, and I’d greatly appreciate it if you’d take a few moments and look through the website so that you can tell me what you’d like included with your book. These are the basic specifications that I need to know in order to price your book fairly and accurately. Remember, its all about what YOU want, and I want to make sure that you get what you want.

1. Choose the color of your book!
2. Choose the color style of your book (i.e., Short Stroke, Long Stroke, solid Stroke)
3. Choose the screw back color
4. Choose the paper style
5. Choose the cover style (i.e., Fold Over, Fold Under, Open face)
6. Choose closure style (i.e., Knotted Leather Cord, Concho (Specify which Concho)
7. Choose any other custom options (i.e., Bordering, Initials, Stamping, etc.)

Once I have the answers to these questions, I can get a better idea of what you are looking for and how to make it happen. If these are filled out, I can usually get you a price quote and approx. shipping date within a few hours via e-mail.

Payment
    I accept Checks, Money Orders, and Paypal for all merchandise and services.
Paypal - My preferred method of payment. Its quick, easy, and everything is trackable for your safety and mine! When we agree on the order and the price, I will send an invoice from Paypal.com to you. I have to add 3% to all total orders for Paypal.
Money Order/Cashiers Check - My 2nd preferred method of payment. Once I receive the Cashiers Check/Money Order, I will give you a call or e-mail letting you know that it arrived and an ETA that your Order will be done and shipped!
Personal Check - Some folks still use checks to pay for everything. Thats fine too, but do keep in mind that I require a 6 to 10 day period until your check clears. Once the bank confirms that the funds are in my account, I will give you a call or e-mail letting you know that the check has cleared, and an ETA on when your Order will be done and shipped. Any returned checks are subject to a $30 Return fee that MY bank imposes on me, as well as whatever fee your bank may charge YOU. So if you have the money, just use Paypal or a $0.50 Money Order to save us both a lot of potential headaches.
Barter/Trade - If you have a skill, item, service, or product to offer, let me know! I'll be posting a list of things that I am looking for here on the page shortly that I would be willing to trade and barter for with my books and products. I am happy to look at whatever you may have to offer. We can arrange the details once a bargain has been struck that suits us both. Understand that I do run this business because it makes me happy and I love what I do. I'll probably never have to quit my day job or make millions doing this. I am perfectly fine with that. I do this because I love it. End of story.

    Please allow 8 to 10 days from receipt of payment to complete and ship your order. Currently I have a lead time of 5 to 6 days for Custom orders, so please be patient. I don't rush any work that I do unless absolutely necessary by customer request. I make each book to my customers specifications, and that sometimes takes time. Plus, I DO work a regular job as well.
